Phoryzenmroz stands behind the quality of our mobile car wash services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
We will return to your location to address any concerns and ensure your vehicle meets our quality standards. There is no additional charge for this follow-up service.
If we are unable to resolve your concerns through our satisfaction guarantee process, we will provide a full or partial refund based on the circumstances. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of service completion.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
You may cancel your appointment at any time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If weather conditions or other circumstances prevent us from completing the full service, we will either reschedule at no charge or provide a partial refund for services not completed.
Phoryzenmroz is not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle. We recommend inspecting your vehicle before service and informing us of any existing issues.
