When you book a mobile car wash service with Phoryzenmroz, you enter into a service agreement. We agree to provide professional vehicle cleaning services at your specified location, and you agree to provide accurate information and ensure safe access to your vehicle.
Appointments can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payment methods. Prices are as displayed on our website and are subject to change with notice.
While we strive to provide excellent service, certain conditions may affect our ability to clean your vehicle. Extreme weather, safety concerns, or vehicle condition issues may require service modifications or rescheduling.
Phoryzenmroz carries appropriate insurance coverage. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle. If you notice any issues after service completion, please contact us immediately.
We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the service provided, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge.
Phoryzenmroz reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
